This is the oil servicing arm of Jonao Group, established to cater for the increasing demand for quality service in the Nigeria oil sector. We are a global contractor, with strong local presence in strategic and emerging areas such as West Africa, North Africa, FSU, Central Asia, and Middle East.
Incorporated as a legal entity in 2007 w it h t h e Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja, we are fully equipped with permits from relevant authorities including DPR License to operate under the two industrial streams:

Since incorporation, as a member company, we have become an important player in the oil servicing sector of the industry, actively pursuing a leadership role among independent operatives in the industry.
We are truly international with strong European content, but the major part of our human resource base comes from developing countries where we engage large number of people from the most cost-effective developing countries on our vessels and sites. We have sizeable service bases in India, Croatia, Romania and Indonesia.
What we do Our operations effectively cover the Engineering; Construction; drilling; marketing of the finished petroleum products within and outside Nigeria.
We enjoy superior competitive edge in the provision of EPC/EPCI services to the oil industry both onshore and offshore, with a particular focus on the toughest and highly technologically challenging projects – activities in remote areas, deep water, gas, “difficult” oil. Its drilling services continue to be distinctive, operating in many of the oil and gas industry’s ‘hotspots’, frequently in synergy with its onshore and offshore activities.
